TICKETPRO pledges to protect personal data from its customers. We will gather only the personal data necessary to carry out the orders submitted. TICKETPRO informs the customers about the way of securing the personal data, and gives its customers the ability to choose not to participate in various lists which we may prepare for marketing purposes or to remove their data from our systems altogether. All the data about our customers are securely stored and are available only to authorized personnel. All the employees and business partners of TICKETPRO are responsible for performing under the similar terms for handling the customer private data.
Payment on our website is safe! We use Ouroboros Payment Gateway service for online payment (http://www.ouroboros.hr), which employs the newest security technologies, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with at least 128-bit encryption, as well as other technologies and security procedures designed to protect privacy of your data. The exchange of confidential data between the online payment system and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), completely protected from unauthorized access. Confidential data from your credit card is sent directly to the authorization center online. Card numbers are not stored in our system.
The indicator of secure communication between your personal computer and Ouroboros Payment Gateway is a small icon of padlock in the ower corner of your web browser. If you hover your mouse pointer over that little padlock, a small tool-tip will appear, saying "SSL Secured", as well as showing the current level of encryption (128-bit).

MasterCard® SecureCode™ is a new service from MasterCard and your card issuer that provides added protection when you buy online. There is no need to get a new MasterCard or Maestro® card. You choose your own personal MasterCard SecureCode and it is never shared with any merchant. A private code means added protection against unauthorized use of your credit or debit card when you shop online. Every time you pay online with your MasterCard or Maestro card, a box pops up from your card issuer asking you for your personal SecureCode, just like the bank does at the ATM. In seconds, your card issuer confirms it's you and allows your purchase to be completed.

Verified by Visa is a new service that lets you shop online with added confidence.
Through a simple checkout process, Verified by Visa confirms your identity when you make purchases at participaring online stores. It's convenient and it works with your existing Visa card. Plus, Verified by Visa is a snap to use. You register your card just once, and create your own password. Then, when you make purchases at participating online stores, a Verified by Visa window will appear. Simply enter your password and click submit. Your identity is verified and the purchase is secure.
