Important notes:

• You will be asked to insert the controlling code when using your card.
  The control code is also called the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard and the CVV-Card Validation Value for Visa.
  The CVC is a three-digit code and it is printed on the back of the card in the signature stripe (the last 3 digits).
• Do not put any gaps in the card number.
• Orders are binding; the tickets can be neither returned nor changed.
• The tickets may be ordered by the credit card owner only.
• Payments using somebody else s cards are not allowed. Also, it is not possible to pay on the behalf of others.
• Should the tickets be ordered by mail, delivery is in accordance with the rules of Hrvatska Pošta, . TICKETPRO does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.
• It is possible to purchase a maximum of 5 tickets in one order.
• TICKETPRO reserves the right to cancel or change offered discounts in the TICKETPRO network at any time without declaring the reason.

When you purchase a ticket on-line, you can choose between offered delivery methods: mail delivery, pickup, courier or E-TICKET.

In the case of mail delivery the tickets may be purchased:

• 8 days prior to the event at the latest if the order is to be delivered within Croatia
• 20 days prior to the event at the latest if the order is to be delivered outside Croatia

Note:

• Tickets paid by credit cards are not sent to PO Box addresses.
• Should the tickets be ordered by mail, delivery is in accordance with the rules of postal service. TICKETPRO does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.

E-TICKET

• Tickets can be bought 2 business days before the Event at the latest.
• Tickets bought in this way can be printed by the user at home or wherever he/she has access to a printer (On "Confirmation of your payment", the user will receive instructions on how to print out his/her E-TICKET).
• E-TICKET is a ticket with a unique bar code which will be checked by a bar code reader before the client is allowed to enter the venue.
• After the barcode has been read the ticket cannot be used again. Admission shall only be allowed to the first holder of the ticket that is presented for scanning by the bar code reader. Any attempt to present the ticket or a copy of it again, regardless of who presents the ticket, will be disregarded, and entry shall be refused.

Note:

• In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs to enter the system using the same user name and password as used when ordering the ticket.
• In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs a program for printing documents in PDF format (for ex. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
• The E-TICKET service is offered only for selected Events. If the service is offered, the user will be automatica lly informed during his/her purchase.
• Ticketpro shall not be held liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorised copying of the E-TICKET.
• Please keep the ticket in a safe place.

In the case of payment via the internet using a credit card the purchaser will receive the following confirmation e-mails:

1. An "Acknowledgement of the receipt of the order" will be sent after successful completion of the order.
2. An "Order confirmation" will be sent following the payment.

Note:
The confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address given in the contact address (address for delivery). If the address is given incorectly or technical problems occur on the side of the user, TICKETPRO shall not be held liable for the non-delivery of these e-mails.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.The ticket is stamped with a barcode, which will be read by a scanning device after the ticket is presented upon entry to the event. After the barcode has been read the ticket cannot be used again. Admission shall be subject to presentation of a ticket which has been read first by the scanning device. Any attempt to present the ticket or a copy of it again, regardless of whoever presents the ticket, will be disregarded, and entry shall be refused. Please keep the ticket in a safe place. TICKETPRO shall not be held liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorized copying of the ticket. IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE FOR THE ENTRANCE FEE AND THE SERVICE FEES ALREADY PAID. TICKETS SHALL NOT BE EXCHANGED. 2. In the case of a cancellation of the event, the entrance fee is refundable only at the location where the ticket was purchased. Special expenses (i.e. hotel, travel expenses) will not be refunded. 3. The entrance fee includes the effective amounts of taxes and fees. This ticket is not a tax document. 4. Forgery of the ticket is a punishable offence. Damage, destruction, loss or theft of the ticket will not be replaced with a new one and no other compensation will be provided. 5. Bringing weapons, glass vessels, cans, polyethylene bottles, umbrellas or other hazardous objects such as alcoholic drinks, toxic or other narcotic substances and/or audiovisual equipment incl. cameras is prohibited. 6. Taking photographs and making audiovisual recordings during the event is prohibited. 7. A security check may be performed at the entry. A body search may be performed by the organizer. 8. Participants arriving after the beginning of the event will be seated according to the instructions of the organizer. 9. The program, date and time are subject to change. 10. By purchasing this ticket you allow your image or likeness to be used and exploited in any audio and/or video recordings without any financial compensation. WARNING: Loud music can damage your hearing.
